Kappa Search has seen a vast improvement in the jobs sector since the end of Q1 2010. For many employers, now is truly a time to be selective given the amount of available talent out there. We are noticing a stable trend in more technical sectors like: Sales, Engineering, Management and Procurement. We have filled more jobs during the beginning and onset of Q2 than we did in Q4 of 2009 and Q1 of 2010 combined. With transition being the theme, Kappa Search has risen to the challenge to continue delivering top-level service and distancing ourselves from the competition. We have employed new methodologies on top of our proven business practices, located to a new office and brought on some additional talent who are helping connect the right candidates to our clients.
