Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 + bonus
Job Description:
- Administer the Product Return and Repair) system, service inventory and optimize the service stock.
- Trade show management
- Generate weekly status reports for management
- CNC and/or Machine Tool Repair experience
Requirements:
- 4-year degree
- Significant management experience as a service manager (at least 5 years) in a CNC or Machine Tool company
- Must be familiar with CNC controls, Servo systems, related technologies and their interface to machine tools.
- Working knowledge of linear and rotary feedback systems
- It is important the person is a critical thinker, a leader and has the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously, is highly responsive and possesses exceptional communication skills.
- It is expected with prior experience to be able to prioritize tasks and respond to customers in a timely and most efficient manner (a proven commitment to customer service).
- Must have the ability to effectively motivate and manage staff, build teams, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
