Kappa Search Inc., a Chicago Staffing Agency that specializes in Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain recruitment, has an immediate opening for a Sales Engineer with steel mill experience. The Sales Engineer position will have the following description and requirements.
- Will be resonsible for selling steel production solutions directly to the steel mills in Northwest Indiana.
- Company makes engineered solutions such as plug and play, ladle bottoms, up to 20,000 pounds.
- These engineered solutions eliminate downtime for steel companies that use them.
- The ideal candidate will have experience selling the entire solution rather than commodity sales background.
- A candidate that has recent experience from the larger steel mills is desirable.
- This company is growing and has hired 15-20 people in the last year.
- Stable, privately owned company with no big corporate bureaucracy
- Person reports to the VP of sales.
Compensation: $40-60k base salary + commission = $90-100k total compensation at plan.
