We are currently recruiting for a VP of sales for a startup technology company as follows: The VP of sales is responsible for developing a strategy for revenue, growth, profit, and/or a market share goals.
- Create plans and strategies for developing business
- Generate a culture of success and ongoing business
- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources for the team
- Hire, train, and coach the sales team
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing business
- Develop an infrastructure and system to support the success of the sales team
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience within the Tech-Marketing industry.
- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years of experience managing a B2B SaaS sales team
- Strong communication skills
- Start up experience a plus
