Chicago technical sales recruiting agency seeks a Sales Director

Kappa Search is the city of Chicago’s leading technical sales recruiting agency that specializes in the permanent placement of sales and marketing roles. Currently, we are seeking a Sales Director for our client. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable managing both sales budgets and revenue. This person should be an excellent communicator as they will have to lead the team in effective selling and closing strategies via phone. In addition, he/she should be an aggressive but effective salesperson, especially on an international scale.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Build new client relationships consistently
  • Provide clients deal facilitations services
  • Maintain client relationships to duplicate and increase revenue
  • Lead and manage sales team(s)


  • At least 10-15 years of experience
  • Aggressive phone salesperson
  • Ability to seamlessly close deals with clients
  • Broker, real estate, or recruiter background
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • History of working with CRM systems
